Purpose
The objectives for this GMP are:
1. Determine the benefits of implementing a pharmacy and supply point of use system in LRMC and its army health clinics, and the impacts of this system.
2. Project cost savings through reduced supply consumption and increase cash collections through better accountability and increased billing of pharmaceutical and medical supplies consumed.
3. Make a recommendation regarding point of use implementation at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.
